Void Volcanic Orb Sorcerer Build Guide

Hello Travelers!

Here's my first build guide and for this build I wanted to try something different.

This build is a Void Sorcerer Build with a pretty funny and strong synergy based on mostly 2 uniques – Lament of the Lost Refuge and Dark Shroud of Cinders

The goal of this build is to get as much stacks of Fire Aura as you can get to get huge increased Void damage. You can easily sustain 6-10 stacks all time.

I use Prefix Chance to cast Fire Aura on Crit (1 second cooldown) on helm and idols and Flame Walker 8/8 node from Spellblade Passive Tree as my Fire Aura generator.

(You can go with Lingering Embers 2/2 node from Flame Reave but it's quite hard to sustain mana without any investment in mana regen.)

I use Vessel of Strife with every flat and increased health regen as I can get to get a quite awesome 536 Ward per second and 793 Life per second.

So here's my concept, I haven't had the chance to push it with all the Max Gear but for what I've tried, it's pretty strong and fun to play.

Gameplay / Mechanics

Mana Strike is the main skill used as a mana generator, it reduces Volcanic Orb cooldown, procs some mana arcs with the Mana Storm 1/1 node and proc Frost Claw with the Macuahuitl node.

Enchant Weapon gives 50% attack speed and Zaps enemies with Conduit 1/1 when it's activated. All those sub skills are augmented by the flat Void Damage from

Lament of the Lost Refuge and boosted by all the Void damage and spell damage increases.

Frost Claw even get the huge flat void damage from Lament of the Lost Refuge as spell damage with the Glamdring 3/3 node from Frost Claw skill tree

Volcanic Orb is my main damage dealer with almost no cooldown due to Lament of the Lost Refuge and Mana Strike.

I went for a Shrapnel build for a larger AOE, it applies ailments as Shred Armour, Chill and Frailty for survability and even shotgun bosses.

Flame Ward is here for a Ward boost, increases the Fire Aura damage with Eye of Flame 1/1 and gives a stack too.

I haven't pushed much the Endgame with this build but it's doing pretty well with only Lament of the Lost Refuge, Dark Shroud of Cinders and some rare items not even maxed.
