Not sure how I feel about the lack of crit avoid cap. Personally I'd get 1 decent roll on the ring, then use a blessing to get it to 100%. This would free up a suffix slot on the helmet for stuff like resists (should we need them), armour or other defensive measures.
Been leveling with this build and I can say it feels pretty good to level with. Might want to recommend some starter uniques to get through the early slog of the build. (Like Humming Bee sword or boots etc)
PS: Add a Crystal sword as an alternative for the prophecy blade, so that MG chars aren't locked out of that type of base
